The Future Work 4's project aims at developing a gamified open online course to equip academic students with 4 skills that will be in high demand in the labour market and society in the 4th industrial revolution.

The future-oriented trans-disciplinary curriculum will combine 4 topics: digital skills, green skills and environmental awareness, entrepreneurship and innovation and social skills.

The consortium will particularly look to empower female learners who are less represented across the sectors, which will generate more advanced opportunities in the next decades - including digital and green jobs, and entrepreneurship.
The project main objectives
To provide university students and learners with the 4 transversal skills which are identified as critical for the workforce in the 21st century.
To introduce innovative teaching methodology to engage students more and better.
To empower female learners who are less represented across the sectors, which will generate more advanced opportunities in the future.
